Chauffeur Screening & Training
Every chauffeur undergoes a thorough screening of their application that includes criminal background checks, a careful review of motor vehicle records, and reference checks. Pre-employment drug testing is conducted. Random drug tests are performed throughout their employment. We exclusively employ the most experienced and reliable professionals, and we require that they submit to some different pre-hire checks and have positive references.
In addition to extensive pre-employment background checks, our chauffeurs are thoroughly trained in all aspects of professional driving. Classroom and road training are combined to cover everything from driving safety to customer service.
Our chauffeurs are the most thoroughly trained and knowledgeable in the industry being required to pass a comprehensive training program that contains hours of instruction, keys to safe driving, geography and professional courtesy.
On-Site Maintenance & Vehicle Safety
Our clients’ satisfaction depends on a safe, reliable, clean, and comfortable vehicle in top condition. Our maintenance staff regularly inspect each and every vehicle to make sure it meets our high standards. While most other transportation companies utilize an outside service for repairs, we feel we can provide a higher level of service with our full-time mechanic and detail staff. Every one of our vehicles is inspected and detailed after each trip. Celebrity adheres to a strict maintenance schedule, and our chauffeurs are required to complete a vehicle inspection report at the end of every trip.

Celebrity Limousine Service Inc. had a US DOT Compliance Review on 5/9/2016 and received a SATISFACTORY rating which is the best. US DOT definition:
A Satisfactory rating means that a motor carrier has in place and functioning adequate safety management controls to meet the safety fitness standard prescribed in §385.5 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR). Celebrity's facilities consist of a 12,000-sq. Ft. The company owned building giving it the ability to house all vehicles indoors! A full-time fleet manager is on site to ensure all vehicles are kept clean and serviced.
Reservations, management, and dispatch use a state of the art computer system, Livery Coach Software. This software system also provides GPS real-time vehicle tracking, real-time flight tracking, and On-Line web reservations. Celebrity carries PUC required liability insurance, has on staff safety training and requires drug and alcohol testing of all employees.

Furthermore, we also maintain our blanket insurance coverage as a company to meet or exceed any shortfalls that might exist with a driver's policy.
